Job summary

GBR Recruitment are working with a well established progressive new build housing developer recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (non chartered) to manage multiple site budgets and costs, from inception to completion, preparing accurate monthly site valuations (CVRs) across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire.

This role offers development opportunities within a people-centric business and a fun, vibrant working atmosphere with clear progression routes.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a valid and appropriate CSCS card or commit to obtaining one.
• Previous experience in a similar position on residential new build housing projects is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing multiple sites from inception to completion.
• Assist in managing site budgets and costs for multiple sites.
• Prepare monthly site valuations (CVRs).
• Analyse sub-contractor invoices and payments.
• Carry out tender analysis and procurement support.
