Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Senior level) to join the commercial team in Nottingham. The role focuses on new build residential projects with responsibilities across cost control and subcontractor management.

The candidate should have QS experience with a house builder, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record delivering contracts on time and within budget. RICS/CIOB preferred, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Degree or other technical qualification.
• Quantity Surveying experience with a house builder.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Proven track record delivering contracts on time and within budget.
• Coins experience.
• Negotiating, communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain management.
• RICS / CIOB qualification - Preferred.

Responsibilities
