QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior New Build Conveyancer to independently manage a busy caseload of new build sales and purchases, including Help to Buy and shared ownership, within a modern Residential Property team.

You will support junior staff, ensure client service standards, and meet tight deadlines in a busy, collaborative environment. Hybrid working options are available.

Formación

• Experience handling new build conveyancing independently.
• Strong knowledge of residential property and conveyancing processes.
• Experience in high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a busy team environment.
• Experience with Help to Buy and shared ownership is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full caseload of new build residential conveyancing files.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advise on Help to Buy, shared ownership and developer incentives.
• Review contracts, title documentation and planning agreements.
• Liaise with developers, lenders, agents and clients.
• Meet exchange and completion deadlines within fast-paced transactions.
• Support and mentor junior conveyancing staff.
• Maintain high standards of client care and compliance.
