• Manage a caseload of new build conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for new build transactions.
• Liaise with developers, lenders and clients to ensure smooth processes.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence for new build properties.
• Provide timely legal advice on new build conveyancing matters.
• Maintain records and update case management systems.
