Job summary

Clearview New Build is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee external installation teams across the North West, ensuring projects meet contract requirements and timescales. The role requires managing documentation, safety compliance, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has New Build experience, CSCS/SSTS qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across the North of England. A company car is included with the package.

Qualifications

• New Build windows experience desirable
• CSCS card H&S and SSTS required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North of England

Responsibilities

• Manage external installation teams across multiple sites
• Coordinate activity to meet contract requirements and timescales
• Maintain CSCS/site RAM documentation and health & safety compliance
• Provide installation dates to internal staff via calendar systems
• Manage window call-offs from sites and keep clients updated
• Support recruitment and supervision of fitting teams as needed
