You will recruit and develop a brand-new team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents, collaborating with the projects team to engage the community and welcome new residents.

This is a pivotal role to set foundations for a successful inspection outcome, with focus on occupancy, quality of care, and operational excellence within a multi-million pound

Qualifications

• Inspirational leadership and ability to motivate teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Experience of opening or managing a new build care home.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Drive recruitment for the home and build a new team to deliver person-centred care.
