Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Commissioning Home Manager to lead recruitment and build a brand-new team for a multi-million pound new build care home. You will work with the projects team to launch the home into the wider community and welcome new residents, setting foundations for an outstanding care home and its first inspection.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of managing/opening a new build.
• Community engagement and marketing a home to drive occupancy.
• Experience managing a luxury care home with high % privately funded residents.
• Inspirational leadership with a track record of developing teams.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
