Responsibilities

• Evaluate new account applications with full risk assessment and underwriting.
• Ensure documentation is complete and scanned within 48 hours of authorization.
• Create accounts in SAP and maintain accurate files.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exercise independent decision-making and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and data accuracy.
