Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an organised administrator to join the Skull Base Neurosurgery support team. You will help manage patient admissions, schedule clinics, and coordinate care across inpatient and day-case pathways, ensuring NHS standards and timely PAS/EPR records.
In this role you will maintain waiting lists, book theatre lists and outpatient appointments, and deliver a responsive service to patients, clinicians and external partners.

The postholder will work closely with the Skull Base Neurosurgery team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Neurosurgery service. This role combines responsibilities for managing outpatient appointments and coordinating complex inpatient and daycase activity. Key duties include ensuring the efficient scheduling of specialist clinics, admissions and theatre lists, maintaining accurate patient records and delivering a high quality, responsive service to patients, clinicians and external stakeholders.
