Inspire Neurocare, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological needs. You will help with daily living, encourage participation in therapy, and work within individual rehabilitation plans alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Night shifts are available. A caring, compassionate approach and strong communication are essential to fostering independence and quality of life for residents at Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke.

Formación

As a Rehab Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries to achieve greater independence and make progress towards their individual goals. This is more than a traditional care role. You will combine care, therapy support and companionship, getting to know each person and understanding what matters to them. You will support individuals in the way that works best for them, encouraging their abilities and helping them develop confidence and independence. You will work closely with residents, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team, following individual care and rehabilitation plans. Your day‑to‑day role may include supporting personal care where required, assisting with daily living skills, encouraging participation in activities, supporting therapy sessions and providing social and emotional support. You will encourage people to take an active role in their rehabilitation and everyday routines, helping them work towards their personal goals while providing the practical support they need. Every person will have different needs and goals, making this a varied role where you can develop your skills and make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.

• £27,357.68 per annum
• 39.375 hours per week

• Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part time), inclusive of Bank Holidays
