Recruit Therapists Limited is seeking a Community Physiotherapist for a permanent role based in Horley, Surrey, with a community caseload across surrounding areas. The job offers a competitive salary and flexible hours, with part-time considered and travel between patient homes.

You will need HCPC registration, CSP membership, and a minimum of two years' post-graduate experience in the UK. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist (required).
• CSP membership is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate physiotherapy experience in the UK (NHS and/or private sector).
• Experience managing your own clinical caseload in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and manage your own community physiotherapy caseload.
• Develop personalised rehabilitation plans around each patient's needs and home environment.
• Support mobility, strength, balance, confidence and functional independence.
• Provide rehab after illness, surgery or hospital admission.
• Work with patients experiencing falls, reduced mobility and age-related deterioration.
• Deliver home-based exercise and rehab programmes.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with patients, families, carers and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and professional standards.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care where required.
• Support and mentor junior team members and assistants where appropriate.
