Qualifikationen

• HCPC registration required.
• Significant post-qualification neurological rehab experience.
• Experience with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) a plus.
• Leadership experience within a multidisciplinary service.

Aufgaben

• Lead specialist physiotherapy assessments and develop, deliver and review individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes.
• Take responsibility for developing and managing the physiotherapy service and its standards of clinical care.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to physiotherapy colleagues, including coordinating induction, training and professional development.
• Work within the MDT on holistic rehabilitation planning, risk management and service development.
• Lead and take part in clinical audits, research and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures, with effective communication and handover within the MDT.
• Liaise with families, carers and other professionals for a coordinated, person-centred approach to rehabilitation.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical governance requirements and organisational policies.
