Job summary

Daisy Chain is seeking a Neurodivergent Informed Lead to deliver tailored psychoeducation and 1:1 and group support to autistic young people and adults in Tees Valley. This fixed-term, 15-hour-per-week role offers training, supervision, and a supportive environment to empower autistic individuals to thrive.

The post is pro rata at £26,500 per year, with an enhanced safeguarding focus and DBS check. You will collaborate with local services and stakeholders to provide accessible, person-centred

Qualifications

• Experience working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals and their families.
• Experience safeguarding with good understanding of safeguarding policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate and able to use appropriate software and record information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored psychoeducation, 1:1 and group support to autistic young people and adults.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local service provision for signposting and referrals.
• Engage hard-to-reach adults to access needed support.
• Support Service Manager to build relationships with regional stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance across all records and reporting.
