Job summary

Oakdale Group is seeking Neurodevelopmental Practitioners to deliver high‑quality neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults. The role involves on-site observation at Leeds, Harrogate or Halifax centres, with hybrid working arrangements and a salary up to £56,000 FTE.

The post requires registration with a UK regulatory body and willingness to undertake neurodevelopmental tool certifications.

Qualifications

• Core professional qualification and current, active registration with one of the regulatory bodies (NMC/HCPC/SWE).
• Ability and willingness to undertake certification in neurodevelopmental assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, DIVA, Young DIVA).
• Experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments in line with Oakdale pathways and guidelines.
• Collaborate in MDT discussions to co-produce diagnostic conclusions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with clients, families and external professionals to communicate outcomes clearly.
