Job summary

Cygnet Newham House is seeking a confident Female Support Worker to deliver outstanding care at a 20-bed neuropsychiatric facility. You will work 42 hours a week on 12-hour day and night shifts, with a genuine occupational need for female applicants.

The role involves supporting women with ABI and progressive neurological conditions, maintaining safety and wellbeing, and participating in a supportive, clinically-led care pathway.
