CYGNET is seeking a compassionate Care Rehabilitation Assistant to support residents in Woodrowe House, Markfield, across care home or home care settings. You will help with personal care and daily activities, support participation in activities, maintain a clean environment and document care actions.

The role requires good communication, teamwork and an enhanced DBS check. Shifts follow a 2-week rolling pattern with daytime hours.

Qualificações

• Care experience or willingness to support residents with personal activities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection.
• Commitment to completing mandatory training and adhering to policies.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with personal activities (washing, dressing, toileting) per care plans.
• Assist with meals, hydration and feeding as required.
• Encourage participation in activities and resident-led pursuits.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the team and raise concerns to senior staff.
• Participate in training and adhere to DBS and safeguarding requirements.
