Job summary

Cygnet Heathers in West Bromwich is seeking a confident Support Worker to join our neuropsychiatric care team. You will work full-time across 12-hour shifts, days and nights, including every other weekend, delivering compassionate, person-centered support to men with mental health and brain injury.

We offer a structured apprenticeship path, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for overtime, with salary progressing to £13.45 after 3 months. DBS check is required to start.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of care experience.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe environment.
