Compass Associates are supporting the appointment of a Registered Home Manager for a specialist neuro-rehabilitation and complex care service in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. The 36-bed home provides specialist nursing and rehabilitation, requiring strong leadership, CQC governance and a track record of improving safety, quality and outcomes.

A visible, hands-on manager will oversee budgets, staffing and service development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a registered care home with strong governance and CQC compliance.
• Clinical credibility and leadership within a neuro-rehabilitation or similar complex care setting.
• Proven track record of improving standards in regulated services.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.
• Maintain high standards of care, governance and CQC compliance.
• Lead and develop the senior team and wider workforce.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management, complaints and quality assurance.
• Ensure effective care planning and person-centred outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across the home and budgets.
