Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex neurological conditions to achieve greater independence.
• Combine care, therapy support and companionship tailored to each person.
• Work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team, following care and rehabilitation plans.
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills as required, and encourage participation in activities.
• Support therapy sessions and provide social and emotional support to boost confidence.
• Encourage active involvement in rehabilitation and everyday routines toward personal goals.
