Job summary

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Network Test Automation Engineer to validate networking products, build automated test solutions and integrate testing into CI/CD environments.

You will design and execute test plans, develop scripts with Robot Framework and Python, and collaborate with Development, DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end connectivity and quality across releases.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Network Testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Routing & Switching.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases for networking applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
• Validate network protocols, configurations and end-to-end connectivity.
• Integrate automated test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration and performance testing.
• Analyse test results and troubleshoot failures.
• Work closely with Development, DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
• Support automated testing across release and deployment cycles.
• Produce test reports, defect analysis and quality metrics.
• Contribute to test framework improvements and automation best practices.
