Beebe Healthcare in Lewes is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure across hospital facilities.

You will handle Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization, and related systems while ensuring security, reliability, and uptime. Strong communication and cross-department collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience. Can be substituted for a degree in computer science.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing network infrastructure support.
• Virtualization of servers and desktop and Storage Area Networks.
• Associates degree in Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess network infrastructure needs and make recommendations to Network Infrastructure Lead on hardware and software.
• Perform setup and installation of network equipment with testing and burn-in.
• Support users by maintaining knowledge of hospital networks and technology.
• Plan and implement new network systems with proper controls for uptime.
• Add, delete, or change user accounts with proper documentation and controls.
• Monitor and manage tape backups to ensure data integrity.
