Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Network Support Analyst in London to join the Infrastructure team. The role focuses on BAU activities, including networks, telephony, PABX and security, with involvement in design of scalable solutions delivered through projects.

A strong candidate has CCNA certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco devices, firewalls, and VPN IPSEC in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven network support experience in enterprise environments.
• CCNA certification required; experience with Cisco devices.
• Experience with security and high-availability networking.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all aspects of services within Infrastructure team.
• Handle BAU tasks including networks, PABX, and voice recording.
• Contribute to DR testing and disaster recovery processes.
• Design, build and implement firewall solutions end-to-end.
• Support IPS deployment for European sites.
• Maintain global networking standards and diagrams.
• Assist audits and penetration testing processes.
• Remediate security issues and participate in migrations.
• Maintain treasury IPC turret solutions.
