Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Technical Support Engineer to help customers deploy and troubleshoot F5 products across enterprise environments. You will resolve hardware and software issues, communicate status and actions, and collaborate with engineering services to overcome challenges.

Strong TCP/IP knowledge and Linux/VMware experience are essential. You will participate in ongoing training on F5 technologies and contribute to solution articles for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level corporate customers in production environments.
• Hands-on technical experience with LAN/WAN operations, DNS, cryptography, virtualization, and network hardware.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and the OSI model.
• Ability to read/write English fluently and communicate technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve hardware and software issues on F5 products.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, including status and actions taken.
• Collaborate with engineering services to overcome technical challenges.
• Write and update internal/external knowledge articles.
