Excelerate Technology in Cardiff seeks a Network Services Manager to own the operational management, administration and commercial oversight of network and platform-based services.

You will coordinate multiple service streams, work with Technical, Sales and Finance teams, and manage suppliers. The role requires strong Excel and CRM skills, and experience in telecoms or managed services. Hybrid work model with some remote flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecoms, connectivity or managed services.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple service streams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a comprehensive service register and manage contracts and subscriptions.
• Oversee operational performance of connectivity, satellite and streaming services.
• Support provisioning, modification and termination of services.
• Oversee commercial administration including invoicing and margins.
• Manage relationships with network operators and service providers.
• Administer internal systems for contracts, SIM allocations and CRM.
