Job summary

Deliver LAN, Wireless, Cloud and Security projects from scoping through deployment, and produce high-quality documentation and test plans.
Qualifications
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with enterprise networking, security and cloud connectivity.
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS networking.
- Experience designing, deploying and supporting enterprise networks.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support enterprise network, security and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design workshops and customer consultations.
- Deliver LAN, Wireless, Cloud and Security projects from scoping through deployment.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs and test plans.
- Troubleshoot complex network, security and cloud incidents.
- Provide second/third line technical support for managed customer environments.
- Support the deployment and optimisation of SASE and SD-WAN solutions.
- Work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, automation and standardisation.
