Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
• Provide day-to-day support including third-line support.
• Collaborate with Deputy of IT and IT Technicians.

A Trust dedicated to providing high-quality education across a network of public schools is seeking an IT Network Manager to ensure the reliability and security of its infrastructure.

In collaboration with the Deputy of IT, the successful candidate will review the current hardware and software resources and work closely with IT Technicians to provide day-to-day support, including third-line support, Wi-Fi, Office 365, firewalls, and hardware devices.

Location/Hybrid: X5 days onsite to Letchworth Garden City (Not negotiable)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience within IT Network/Systems
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of advanced networks, PC hardware, Audio Visual, Office 365, and Firewalls
• Strong communication skills with experience working with tricky stakeholders and gaining trust as a Technical Advisor
• Previous experience managing IT Technicians
• Experience working within education or the public industry
