You’ll work closely with delivery teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure that road space is used efficiently, disruption is minimised, and operational excellence is achieved every day.

As a Network Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of operations—making sure the M25 and surrounding network run smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to road users. Your work will support strategic planning and real-time decision-making that keeps millions moving safely every day.
In this vital role, you will:
Manage road space bookings from submission to approval, ensuring compliance with National Highways and local authority guidelines
Review and monitor requests to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project timelines
Collaborate with applicants and stakeholders to resolve conflicts, explore shared opportunities, and coordinate works across multiple teams
Process permits, Traffic Orders, and special requests, maintaining full regulatory compliance at all times
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, contractors, local authorities, and utilities to drive coordination and transparency
Keep systems updated, accurately transferring data between internal and external platforms (NOMS and NEMS)
Participate in coordination meetings, contributing to smarter planning and proactive solutions within the Operations Hub
Support continuous improvement, helping to refine systems, reporting, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Provide real-time operational support, responding quickly to urgent requests and ensuring road space is always optimised
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Sharp attention to detail and confidence in analysing data to inform decisions
Clear, professional communication skills across all levels and teams
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, operational setting
Familiarity with IT systems and scheduling tools
Background in highways, transport, or network operations would be great
Understanding of road space management processes, including National Highways permits and systems such as NOMS/NEMS

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
