Job summary

Britvic in the United Kingdom is seeking a Network Logistics Coordinator to keep the logistics network running smoothly by managing financial control, cost optimisation, and administrative accuracy across a £70m operation. You will ensure payments, terms, billing, and month-end processes are completed correctly and on time while resolving live queries and supporting finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG supply chains across GB, Offshore, and international operations.
• Strong SAP expertise and ability to navigate SAP systems.
• Experience with 3PL contracts and transport/NDC warehousing.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport billing, self-bill queries, credits and haulier balances.
• Collaborate with Credit Control to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain SAP rate card pricing for primary transport providers.
• Analyse network costs with partners to identify savings.
• Support ARIBA PO handling, supplier payments and compliance.
• Oversee transport compliance, POD EDI and paperwork.
• Process transport payments and maintain cost trackers.
