Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is looking for a Network Logistics Coordinator to keep the logistics network efficient and financially controlled. You will manage payments, terms, billing, and month‑end processes while supporting finance teams and internal partners.

You will spot opportunities to reduce spend and deliver measurable cost benefits across the network, working with external transport partners and internal stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3PL contracts knowledge and understanding of related operational processes.
• Logistics contracts including raw material agreements and requirements.
• Experience in FMCG supply chains across GB, offshore and international operations.
• Strong SAP expertise and ability to navigate SAP systems.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team approach within cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Skilled in customer query resolution.

Responsibilities

• Resolve self‑bill invoice queries and haulier balance discrepancies in transport billing.
• Collaborate with Credit Control to handle customer queries.
• Maintain SAP rate cards for pricing and rate information with providers.
• Work with DSP/NE/supply chain to identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Support ARIBA processes for PO handling and supplier payments.
• Oversee transport compliance, POD EDI performance, and paperwork management.
• Manage fuel escalations, payments, and cost trackers for transport partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across the logistics network.
