BT Group is seeking a Network Innovation Commercialisation Manager to connect emerging network capabilities with real customer value. You will translate technical possibilities into commercial evidence, develop use cases and early-stage propositions, and support decision-making with evidence packs for cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Interest in emerging network technologies and their potential customer applications.
• Understanding of customer needs and translating them into clear problem statements.
• Experience supporting customer discovery or demand-validation activity through interviews, workshops, surveys, desk research, hypothesis testing or analysis of existing customer insight.
• Ability to shape compelling value propositions that connect technology capabilities to real customer challenges and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to develop or support use cases, benefits frameworks, customer journeys or early-stage proposition concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support early-stage commercial exploration by identifying customer challenges and potential addressable needs.
• Help define customer segments and personas and articulate why they would value the capability.
• Develop value propositions and early-stage use cases and proposition blueprints.
• Create demand-validation plans and evidence packs with customer, market and commercial insight.
• Produce decision-ready materials and guidance on next questions, tests or actions.
