Job summary

BT Group is hiring a Network Innovation Commercialisation Manager to connect emerging network capabilities with customer value and commercial outcomes. You will work within the Technology and Network Innovation Commercialisation team, part of the Research and Commercialisation division in Networks, collaborating with technology, product, commercial and customer-facing teams.

This role offers a hybrid working model across multiple UK cities with in-office presence required three days per week.

Qualifications

• Interest in emerging network technologies and their application for customers and partners.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear problem statements.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and personas, including how needs and buying considerations differ across groups.
• Experience supporting customer discovery or demand-validation through interviews, workshops, surveys or desk research.
• Ability to develop use cases, benefits frameworks and early-stage proposition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support early-stage commercial exploration with technology, product, commercial and customer-facing teams to identify customer needs, segments and value.
• Develop use cases, benefits frameworks, customer journeys or early-stage proposition concepts.
• Produce evidence packs combining customer, market and commercial insight for decision-making.
