Qualifications

• ITIL service management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of Network and Infrastructure services, ensuring stability, availability and performance.
• Provide strong technical leadership across enterprise network, compute, storage, and infrastructure platforms.
• Lead BAU service management, incident resolution and problem management.
• Drive delivery of infrastructure programmes and projects.
• Support technology transformation initiatives and roadmap delivery.
• Manage suppliers and service partners against agreed SLAs.
• Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents.
• Work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Operations teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, compliant and fit for future business needs.
• Balance operational excellence with strategic change.

Network & Infrastructure Service Manager

Location: Sheffield (2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Rate: TBC, approx. £(Apply online only)/day inside IR35

Are you a Network & Infrastructure leader, with experience of optimising operational excellence as well as driving major change programmes? Do you have a background managing large scale suppliers against agreed standards and SLAs?

The Network & Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for the following:

Essential Experience
