Job summary

Tria in Sheffield is seeking a Head of Infrastructure / Senior Infrastructure Manager for a 6 months+ contract, 2-3 days onsite. You will own operational delivery of network and infrastructure services, ensuring stability and performance, and provide technical leadership across enterprise platforms.

You will drive BAU service management, incident resolution and delivery of infrastructure programmes, collaborating with Architecture, Engineering and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in enterprise networking and infrastructure.
• Experience running large-scale BAU operations and service delivery.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects and transformation programmes.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and service partners against agreed SLAs.
• Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents.
• Work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Operations teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes.

The Head of Infrastructure / Senior Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the following:
