I am seeking a Network Field Engineer to work in a technically hands-on environment in Clevedon. The role involves working either in the office or traveling to customer locations. The successful Network Field Engineer will set up new networks and telephony environments for a range of clients, while also supporting and improving existing systems. You will provide support via face-to-face, email, or phone to a network of customers, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately. It is essential to adhere to the Service Level Agreement and strive to meet these service levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in some of the following areas:

• Installing and configuring switches, routers, and access points.
• Diagnosing and resolving telecom and network problems.
• Supporting customers remotely.
• Offering innovative solutions to customer problems.
• Working with Wi-Fi and network equipment.
