Job summary

Dynamic Search Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer to own and design the enterprise networking for luxury residential projects in London and surrounding counties. You’ll lead from design to deployment, interfacing with clients and project teams to deliver high-performance networks.

The role requires 5+ years in network engineering, CCNA-level credentials, and hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switches and Fortinet firewalls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in network engineering.
• CCNA-level technical competence; active certification welcomed.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst Enterprise switches (60+ endpoints).
• Strong Fortinet firewall configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in high-end MSP or custom installation environments.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to home automation or AV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and design end-to-end network architecture for super prime sites.

Job Title: Network Engineer - Super Prime Residential & Smart Home Integrator

Location: London & Home Counties (Office & Site-based, with WFH)

As Network Engineer, you'll take full technical ownership of the enterprise networking division, acting as the ultimate escalation point across the business while designing, commissioning, and maintaining high-performance network architectures for some of the most prestigious residential properties in the UK.

• Consult on and design end-to-end network architecture tailored to super prime residential sites
• Configure enterprise-grade routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN setups
• Act as the top-tier technical escalation point for complex network issues, supporting the ongoing service team
• Represent the business professionally when liaising with clients, owners' representatives, and main contractors
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards from initial fault-finding through to complete as-built documentation

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in network engineering
• CCNA-level technical competence, active certification is welcome but equivalent proven expertise is equally considered
• Expertise with Cisco Catalyst Enterprise switches, managing environments with 60 or more endpoints
• Strong practical experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet firewalls
• Proven track record in a high-end MSP or custom installation/integrator environment
• Excellent documentation skills and strong attention to detail
• Exposure to home automation or AV systems is a nice to have
