Job summary

A leading global engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a Network Analyst for a 12-month onsite role in Peterborough. The successful candidate will provide remote network support across multiple regions, requiring expertise in Cisco technologies and a CCNA certification. Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience with Cisco network technologies.
• CCNA certification or higher required.
• Knowledge of Cisco 3850, 9300, and 9500 series switches mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote network support services to facilities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
• Deliver level 2/3 Network helpdesk support to EAME-based facilities.

Job Title: Network Analyst

Client: Global engineering & manufacturing company

Location: Peterborough

Hourly Rate: £33.03 PAYE or £43.38 Umbrella

Duration: 12 months

Working arrangements: Monday - Friday - full-time onsite

About the Role:

• This position is for a Network analyst and support engineer. The primary responsibility is providing remote network support services to facilities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME), and globally when required.
• The EAME Network services team provides LAN/WLAN/WAN incident and project support to all facilities in EAME.
• The position reports to the EAME Network services supervisor, based in the UK.
• The successful candidate will primarily provide level 2/3 Network helpdesk support to EAME-based facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses.

Key Skills:

• At least 3 years’ experience with Cisco network technologies
• Cisco CCNA (minimum) or higher certification
• Knowledge of Cisco 3850, 9300, and 9500 series switches is mandatory
• Experience with Cisco 9800 controllers is highly desirable
• Secondary language skills are beneficial
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform is beneficial
