Greenfield IT Recruitment is proudly assisting a growing UK-based organisation to hire a NetSuite Administrator. The role is remote/hybrid with monthly office visits in the UK; you will own NetSuite end-to-end, drive governance, and partner with Finance, Ops and IT to scale the platform.

You should have 3+ years of financial systems experience (GL/AP/AR), deep NetSuite knowledge, and exposure to modules like Fixed Assets and Projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years financial systems experience (GL/AP/AR).
• Deep NetSuite knowledge: config, customization, dashboards, saved searches.
• Experience with modules (Fixed Assets, Projects).
• Integration experience: APIs, middleware, web services.
• Strong role-based security and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own, configure and enhance NetSuite (workflows, scripts, roles, reporting).
• Drive governance: role design, audit tasks, secure access.
• Translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL/AP/AR/FP&A.
• Improve processes, controls, and user experience.
• Provide daily support, troubleshooting and training.
• Manage integrations with banking, planning and core systems.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, UAT and automation initiatives.

NetSuite Administrator - Remote/Hybrid (UK)

Salary: £55k circa + benefits

Remote / Hybrid based with monthly office visits (travel paid)
