Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea in the United Kingdom is seeking a NetSuite Functional Lead to own the ERP roadmap and partner with Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and eCommerce to shape our systems strategy. This role sits in the IT team at our Milton Park office with hybrid working.

You will drive discovery workshops, map business processes, assess legacy and US deployments, and define a unified global NetSuite solution.

Qualifications

• Proven NetSuite implementation, migration or management experience in multi-entity or international contexts.
• Strong ability to map current and future-state processes clearly.
• Experience in systems implementation or transformation projects, including testing and data migration.
• Solid stakeholder engagement across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day NetSuite product owner and primary contact across the business.
• Lead discovery workshops and capture business needs and challenges.
• Document current and future-state processes, identify gaps and risks.
• Assess existing systems to inform a global NetSuite solution design.
• Provide input for business proposals and rollout roadmaps for UK and international markets.
• Support data migration, testing, training and change management.
• Own the NetSuite backlog post-go-live and manage change requests.
