NetSuite Consultant – Implementation, Business Analyst, P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Financials, CIMA, AAT, ACCA, Systems Specialist, Systems Lead, NetSuite Lead, Finance Lead, Implementation Consultant

Location: Manchester, Staffordshire, Birmingham, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Merseyside, London, Surrey, Hampshire, Midlands – Hybrid – £40,000 - £70,000 per annum

Our client, a global NetSuite partner, is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to join their team and contribute to successful NetSuite project deliveries.

The ideal candidate may currently be working in an end-user administration role with exposure to implementation projects and is eager to advance their career. This role offers opportunities to expand your skillset.

The role involves hybrid working, combining remote work with 1-2 days per week in the office for meetings.

Key Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of ERP implementation experience
• Minimum of 1 year NetSuite experience
• Participation in at least 1 full NetSuite lifecycle implementation
• Experience leading functional workstreams in NetSuite projects
• Strong presentation skills and client workshop leadership
• Business process expertise in at least two of the following areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash
• Knowledge in ERP areas such as Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Services
• NetSuite certifications
• Finance certifications
• Previous consultancy experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading client workshops to gather business requirements and map them to system functionalities
• Managing phases of NetSuite implementation projects
• Overseeing data migration activities
• Preparing project documentation including functional specifications, technical specs, issue logs, change requests, testing/use cases, and training guides
• Providing project status updates to senior stakeholders
• Adding value quickly on client engagements
• Applying deep business process knowledge to analyze client requirements and develop innovative NetSuite solutions
• Configuring and troubleshooting NetSuite
• Contributing to customization, integration, reporting, and data migration efforts

Location: London/Midlands
