This range is provided by IT Works Recruitment LTD. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

You will have an active role in presenting solutions, gathering requirements, implementing the NetSuite software suite and managing the process, mostly remotely but occasionally on client sites; training clients to use the systems effectively and providing ongoing remote client support.

Key tasks:

• Conduct workshop(s) to identify customers’ required business management processes, drawing out pain-points with existing system(s) and improvement opportunities.
• Document system implementation proposals as Business Requirements Documents.
• In cooperation with the companies Programme Manager/CIO, propose, communicate and agree project plans with colleagues, customers, and other key stakeholders for system implementations.
• Implement NetSuite, including:
• Arranging client meetings (remote or on site).
• Conducting and contributing to meetings.
• Agreeing roles, responsibilities, and priorities.
• Configuring software applications to meet specifications in a BRD.
• Manage the process of specification change via Change Orders.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating in a business environment, of which, minimum 3 years’ experience using ERP business management software.
• Competent use of the core financial elements of the NetSuite ERP software system.
• Sufficient exposure to and operation of standard business accounting practices to demonstrate competence to Customers’ CEOs and FDs.
• Sufficient involvement in the management of projects to demonstrate competence to lead successful projects from start to finish. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage project resources of time, colleagues, customers, budgets, and competing demands.
