Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetBrain experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience integrating platforms with ITSM/monitoring tools.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse incidents and automations to identify opportunities and design automation workflows.
• Translate troubleshooting practices into deterministic automation with guardrails and approvals.
• Integrate NetBrain with ServiceNow and DX NetOps Spectrum; automate data collection and telemetry.
• Validate data with CMDB and inventory teams; develop pre/post-change checks.
• Collaborate with network teams to validate diagnostic logic in production.
