Job summary

Project Global Limited is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to accelerate network incident diagnostics through NetBrain automation. The role involves converting repeatable troubleshooting into secure, auditable automation and collaborating with network operations, tooling and service-management teams.

The candidate should have hands-on NetBrain experience, strong scripting skills (Python/Ansible), and a track record of integrating platforms with ITSM and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with NetBrain in a large enterprise environment.
• Delivery of NetBrain automation using PDA, Dynamic Maps, Runbooks, Qapps and Data Views.
• Experience integrating network platforms with ITSM/monitoring tools (prefer ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python/Ansible).
• Understanding of network fundamentals and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse incident data to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test and deploy NetBrain PDAs, Runbooks and templates.
• Translate playbooks and SOPs into deterministic automation workflows.
• Configure diagnostic workflows with guardrails and approvals.
• Automate collection of device state, topology, and telemetry for incidents.
• Work with CMDB/inventory data for reliable routing.
• Develop pre/post-change validation and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with L1/L2/L3 networks for validation.
• Ensure secure engineering, change management and audits.
