Job summary

Silverstone is seeking an ESG professional to lead the data collection, analysis and reporting across the organisation. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to advance the net zero pathway and social impact initiatives, aligning with ISO 14001 and related standards.

The role focuses on developing robust ESG data management, coordinating with the People and Culture teams to capture social metrics and ensuring compliance with ESG frameworks and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational and strategic change in a large organisation.
• Ability to manage large datasets and benchmark data.
• Strong written and oral communication to produce clear policies and reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 20121 and environmental certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG data collection and reporting across the organisation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare carbon footprint reports and contribute to net zero pathway
• Support climate transition planning and ESG disclosures.
