Job summary

Silverstone Circuits Limited is seeking an ESG Data Analyst to lead environmental data collection, management and carbon reporting across energy, water, waste and emissions metrics. You will coordinate with external partners and internal teams to support ESG certification processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will also collect social impact data with the People and Culture team, monitor performance against the net zero plan, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental data collection and reporting.
• Strong data handling and analytic skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• ESG data collection and performance monitoring against KPIs and OKRs.
• Own tracking and management of ESG targets and support reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor waste disposal and recycling levels during events and operations.
• Produce waste/recycling insights and track progress against net-zero pathway.
• Collaborate with People and Culture to collect social impact metrics and inform social strategy.
