Job summary

Connected Kerb is seeking an ESG Manager to lead sustainability initiatives for a 12-month FTC in a hybrid London role. You will build robust ESG data systems, set goals and KPIs, oversee audits, and report against global standards to drive net-zero progress and responsible growth.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and partners to embed ESG into business processes, manage carbon accounting, and guide the organization toward measurable emissions reductions while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience with ESG reporting and strategy in technology/infrastructure/engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting frameworks.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations, environmental laws, and health and safety standards.
• Experience liaising with C-suite and stakeholders.
• ISO 14001 audit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate ESG reporting and track progress over time.
• Calculate carbon footprint to produce an annual Net Zero report.
• Support bid teams with carbon reporting questions in tenders and contracts.
• Oversee development and delivery of a comprehensive carbon reduction plan with measurable targets.
• Ensure audit-ready reporting processes and internal controls for ESG accreditations (e.g., ISO 14001).
• Lead continuous improvement of ESG processes.
• Organise social value programs across education, conservation, spend and employment.
• Lead social value reporting with partners and clients to meet contract commitments.
• Engage with supply chain to promote sustainability best practices.
• Integrate ESG metrics into business processes and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate sustainability efforts to investors, employees, clients and communities.
• Maintain KPI tracking for energy and carbon emissions.
