Are you a dynamic and forward thinking Neonatal Nurse? We have vacancies for band 5 trained nurses on the Neonatal Unit at New Cross Hospital. The Neonatal teams offer a full range of specialist services in order to facilitate a timely, safe and effective patients’ journey throughout the health care system.
All qualified nurses adult and paediatric trained are invited to apply.
You will be supported to qualify in the QIS which will enhance professional development.
Successful candidates will join our friendly, supportive teams and be part of a team reflective of the acuity of the patient group. Regular staff engagement, feedback sessions and supportive ethos is actively practiced.
We are looking to recruit staff who are enthusiastic and committed to providing high quality evidence based care. We have 7 Intensive care cots, 7 high dependency cots and 12 special care cots.
We provide care to all new born babies within West Midlands Neonatal Network from 23/40 weeks gestation. We are a cooling center for the west midland Neonatal Network. The post holder must be highly motivated and want to develop the service as well as their own personal skills and knowledge.
All applicants should be flexible providing a 24 hour, 7 days a week service, working a shift pattern of days and nights to meet the needs of the service. We can consider flexible working and part time hours.
