Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered SLT with HCPC and relevant postgraduate training.
• Experience in neonatal, paediatric, and lactation settings.
• Ability to lead and teach across a multi-professional team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert SLT service to neonatal unit and acute paediatrics.
• Provide lactation support and drive breastfeeding initiatives.
• Support training and supervision across SLT staff.
• Lead service improvement projects and contribute to regional/national initiatives.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical and AHP colleagues.
