• Assist the Manager in the provision and maintenance of a seamless service and high quality care to patients within the ward/department.
• Contribute to reducing healthcare-associated infection by maintaining high standards of infection control.
• Collaborate as part of the multi-disciplinary Neonatal unit team following Trust policies and procedures.
• Support the Paediatric Directorate, including Neptune ward, Paediatric Assessment Unit and Accident & Emergency.
• Be a reflective practitioner, developing nursing knowledge in line with the Trust's career pathway.
