• Experienced neonatal nurse with passion for developing others and driving clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire nursing staff, students, newly qualified practitioners, and colleagues undertaking specialist neonatal training.
• Help create a culture of continuous learning so the team delivers outstanding, evidence‑based care to vulnerable babies and families.
• Maintain clinical expertise, provide leadership on shift, and contribute to the ongoing development of a modern, family‑centred neonatal service.
