Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Neonatal Service (TCU). The role supports Registered Nurses in delivering compassionate neonatal care within a 9 cot Transitional Care Unit.

Qualificações

• Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and current NMC registration.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering personal and clinical care in healthcare settings.
• Experience with neonates and supporting families is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with families of neonatal patients and the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care under supervision.
• Provide education and signposting for families to neonatal support groups.
• Perform clinical observations and report any adverse signs to the Registered Nurse/Medical team.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans within agreed competency boundaries.
• Support the care of a group of patients and maintain high standards of documentation.
